MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS (PER UNIT DOSE)

 Valeriana officinalis (Dry extract of Valeriana officinalis root).........…….....… 250 mg (0.8% sesquiterpenic acids)

 NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Colloidal silicon dioxide, Magnésium stearate, Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP-K30) , Hypromellose, Macrogol 400, Macrogol 8000  

 

INDICATION

Help to promote sleep, to relieve restlessness and nervousness

 

DOSAGE

Adults 18 years old and more: Take 2 tablets, 1 time per day, 30 minutes to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take a dose (2 tablets) earlier in the evening if necessary

 

PRECAUTIONS

 Consult a health care practitioner prior to use or if you have allergies/hypersensitivity to an ingredient of this product.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks.

Avoid consuming alcohol or any other product that may cause drowsiness.

This product should not be partied or masticated.

 

ADVERSE REACTIONS

Stop use immediately if a hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or any other motorized vehicle, or if you must undertake activities that require alertness.

Inform your health care practitioner about the occurrence of any adverse reactions following the use of this product. Also inform the company (Bionatus) through its customer service.
